Kenan Thompson brings back the knuckle puck for Ducks promo video

'SNL' star teams with 'D2' co-stars and players for funny commercial

Remember the Knuckle Puck? The Anaheim Ducks sure do.

In a promo video released by the team on Thursday, "Saturday Night Live" star Kenan Thompson reprised his role as Russ Tyler, purveyor of the knuckle puck. Thompson played Tyler in "D2: The Mighty Ducks," the 1994 sequel to the highly successful "The Mighty Ducks" from 1992.

Co-starring in the video are Vincent LaRusso (who played Adam Banks), Colombe Jacobsen-Derstine (Julie "The Cat" Gaffney) and Danny Tamberelli (Tommy Duncan).

Ducks defensemen Josh Manson and Hampus Lindholm also play guest starring roles in the video. And of course they knuckle puck how dare you even ask!

Mighty Ducks Movie Experience Night will be at Honda Center on Tuesday, February 12 and Mighty Ducks Movie Tribute Night will be Wednesday, February 13.
