DAL@MIN: Seguin reacts to missing the empty net

Whoops!

Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin was left with a little egg on his face after missing an empty net on a breakaway Thursday.

Seguin got the puck way out ahead of Minnesota Wild defenseman Jared Spurgeon in the final minute, but couldn't settle it down to add the freebie. He ended up not only lifting the puck over the net, but over the glass and out of play.

Seguin had no choice but to laugh it off. And we would have to imagine he will take the Stars' 4-1 victory over having an extra goal, judging by his postgame tweet.

So, there's that.

And, for good measure, after the miss Alexander Radulov added the empty-netter with Seguin getting an assist.
