Shawn Michaels will enter the building.

"The Heartbreak Kid" formally accepted the invitation from the Pittsburgh Penguins to attend Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Consol Energy Center on Sunday (8 p.m. ET; NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports).

Michaels will get a chance to witness the scorching hot "HBK" line of Carl Hagelin, Nick Bonino and Phil Kessel and perhaps give us all a show that we've never ever seen before. Why? Because he can.

He posted a video on social media for Penguins fans everywhere and even took up former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Brett Keisel's seat offer.

Tweet from @bkeisel99: Yes @ShawnMichaels! Awesome you are coming to game 5 to see our great city, fans & @penguins! I have to warn you I get rowdy at the games.

It all started when Michaels caught wind of Pittsburgh's "HBK" line and tuned into Game 2, a 3-2 win by the Penguins highlighted by Sidney Crosby's first Stanley Cup Playoff overtime goal.

On Wednesday, the Penguins reached out to Michaels on Twitter to see if he was interested in bringing a little sweet chin music to Pittsburgh.

Tweet from @penguins: In honor of the HBK line (which is on ), we would like to formally invite the original Heartbreak Kid, @ShawnMichaels, to Game 5. You in?

The Penguins could be in a position to eliminate the Lightning on Sunday, so perhaps having the showstopper, the main event, the icon himself present will give them that needed boost.
