Sharks-Wild on NBCSN highlights Tuesday schedule @NHLdotcom
The San Jose Sharks' chase for a fifth-straight win on national television highlights a mammoth 13-game NHL schedule Tuesday night.

The Sharks, who sit atop the Pacific Division standings with 50 points, visit the Minnesota Wild (21-15-6) at the Xcel Energy Center at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game can be seen on NBCSN in the United States and TSN2 in Canada.

Six games begin at 7 p.m. ET. The Boston Bruins, who learned Monday they'll be without Brad Marchand for the next five games for his hit on Vancouver defenseman Sami Salo, host the Winnipeg Jets at TD Garden. Also, the Rangers seek their fifth straight win against Phoenix, Toronto hosts Buffalo, the Detroit Red Wings visit the Islanders and the Ottawa Senators are in Pittsburgh.

Thirty minutes later, RDS will be on hand as Jaroslav Halak returns to Montreal for the first time since being traded to the St. Louis Blues. The former playoff hero has helped the Blues climb up the Western Conference standings over the past two months. Meanwhile, the Tampa Bay Lightning will try to avoid a fourth consecutive loss against as they host the Canucks at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

In a Central Division showdown, the Chicago Blackhawks (24-13-5) look to keep pace as they host the Columbus Blue Jackets at the United Center at 8:30 p.m. ET. Chicago is in a three-way tie with Detroit and St. Louis for the division lead, while Todd Richards makes his debut with the Jackets after Scott Arniel was fired Monday morning.

Two games get under way during the 9 o'clock hour -- Nashville hopes to continue its dominance against Colorado (9 p.m.), while the Calgary Flames host the New Jersey Devils at Scotiabank Saddledome at 9:30 p.m. ET.

In the final match of the night, the Anaheim Ducks face the Dallas Stars at the Honda Center at 10 p.m. ET. Both teams will seeking their third straight win.
