SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -The San Jose Sharks signed free-agent forward Torrey Mitchell to a three-year contract.

The team also announced Tuesday it signed restricted free agent forward Brad Staubitz to a one-year contract and center Benn Ferriero to a two-year deal.

Staubitz played 35 games for the Sharks last year with one goal and two assists.

Ferriero recently completed his senior season at Boston College, where he had 26 points in 37 games.
