Transit systems tangle over Sharks, Blues

VTA of Santa Clara County, St. Louis Metro trade barbs on social media

The San Jose Sharks and St. Louis Blues are battling for a spot in the Stanley Cup Final, and their cities' respective transit systems have been battling on social media.

After the Sharks won Game 2 of the Western Conference Final on Tuesday to even the best-of-7 series 1-1, Valley Transportation Authority of Santa Clara County in California expressed their happiness with the outcome on Twitter.

Not to be outdone, the St. Louis Metro twitter account responded, making a reference to the movie "Jaws," noting what happens to the Shark in the film.
