Sgarbossa scores twice as the Wolves defeat the Otters 7-2 @NHLdotcom

ERIE, Pa. - Michael Sgarbossa led the way with two goals as the Sudbury Wolves crushed the Erie Otters 7-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Michael MaDonald had a goal and an assist for the Wolves (17-11-1) while Kristoff Kontos, Jacob Harris, Alex Racino and Joshua Leivo each scored a single goal.

Matthew Campagna also chipped in with three assists.

Adam Pelech and Connor Brown each scored for the Otters (4-27-2).

Johan Mattsson made 21 saves for the win as Ramis Sadikov allowed all seven goals against on 35 shots in defeat.

Sudbury went 2-for-6 on the power play while Erie scored once on four opportunities with the man advantage.
