Seven different players scored as the Rebels beat the Royals 7-4 @NHLdotcom

VICTORIA - Seven different players scored for the Red Deer Rebels as they defeated the Victoria Royals 7-4 on Saturday in Western Hockey League action.

Alex Petrovic, Turner Elson, Daulton Siwak, John Persson, Chad Robinson, Mathew Dumba and Justin Weller all scored for the Rebels (14-4-1).

Brandon Magee scored twice for the Royals (10-10-1) while Steven Hodges and Jamie Crooks added singles.

Patrik Bartosak made 16 saves for the win as Keith Hamilton allowed all seven goals on 41 shots.

Red Deer went 1-for-5 on the power play while Victoria scored once on four opportunities with the man advantage.
