Sertich scores overtime winner to lift Monsters over Hamilton 3-2 @NHLdotcom

HAMILTON, Ont. - Marty Sertich scored a power-play goal 3:58 into overtime as the Lake Erie Monsters came back to defeat the Hamilton Bulldogs 3-2 Monday night in the American Hockey League.

Trailing 2-0 after the first period, Ryan Stoa scored twice for the Monsters (18-19-4) to set the stage for Sertich's overtime winner. T.J. Hensick assisted on all three goals.

Mikael Johansson and Brock Trotter scored power-play goals in the first for Hamilton (26-9-6).

Tyler Weiman made 27 saves for Lake Erie, while Bulldogs netminder Cedrick Desjardins also stopped 27.
