ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) - Teemu Selanne and Andy McDonald scored two goals apiece and Scott Niedermayer added three assists to lead the Anaheim Ducks to a 5-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Friday night.
Corey Perry also scored and Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 31 shots for the Ducks, who moved within one point of Detroit for tops in the league.
Anaheim has earned 13 points, while going 6-0-1 in the first seven games of an eight-game homestand that concludes Sunday against Los Angeles.
McDonald also had two assists, giving 16 points in his last 10 games.
Rene Bourque and Jason Williams scored power-play goals for Chicago.
