Jamie Lundmark had the other goal for the Flames (10-14-4-2), who ended a seven-game winless streak while earning a split of their two-game series in Manitoba.
Alexandre Bolduc scored for the Moose (21-8-0-0), who lost for the first time in five games.
Leland Irving stopped 24 shots to earn the win for Quad City.
