Seguin scores twice including in overtime as Plymouth tops Sarnia 5-4 @NHLdotcom

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - Tyler Seguin scored twice, including the overtime winner, and tacked on two assists as the Plymouth Whalers topped the Sarnia Sting 5-4 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Tyler Brown forced the extra frame with three minutes left in the third for Plymouth (33-22-2), while Ryan Hayes and Joe Gaynor added markers. Matt Hackett stopped 32 shots for the win.

Brandon Alderson had a goal and an assist for Sarnia (14-38-4), while Daniel Broussard, Zack MacQueen and Kale Kerbashian also tallied. Shayne Campbell made 28 saves.

There were four separate fights and a total of 86 penalty minutes in the rough match.

Sarnia is winless in the last 17 games.
