Geekie and fan

Morgan Geekie's number one fan got some great news on Saturday.

Five-year-old Isola Fiddick, a big supporter of Geekie and the Seattle Kraken who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, needed a bone marrow transplant as part of her treatment and finally found a donor after a month-long search.
Last year, Isola was diagnosed with lymphoma, but was eventually declared cancer-free. While she was in remission, the Kraken invited Isola to join the team at "Hockey Fights Cancer" night back in November, where she met Geekie.
Unfortunately, last month, Isola's cancer returned.
So, Geekie and the Kraken immediately jumped into action to try to find her a bone marrow donor.

Isola eventually found a match and, to help celebrate, the Kraken invited her and her family to Saturday's game against the Edmonton Oilers at Climate Pledge Arena.

She even got a smile and a wave from her Kraken best friend. Surely there are many more of those to come.
