Schenn scores a goal and an assist to lead the Rockets over the Blazers 7-4 @NHLdotcom

KELOWNA, B.C. - Luke Schenn had a goal and assist for Kelowna as the Rockets defeated the Kamloops Blazers 7-4 in Western Hockey League action Friday night.

Riley McIntosh scored his first goal of the season, Brandon McMillan had two and Myles MacRae, Tyson Barrie and Tyler Myers also scored for Kelowna (15-9-2-2), which led 3-0 just five minutes into Friday's contest.

Alex Rodgers, Ivan Rohac, Scott Wasden and Shayne Wiebe replied for Kamloops (13-12-1-1), which tied the game at 3-3 and 4-4.

Kris Westblom made 25 saves for the Rockets, while Justin Leclerc turned aside 30 shots for the Blazers.
