Schenn has four-point night as Brandon defeats the Warriors 7-4

BRANDON, Man. - Brayden Schenn notched two goals and two assists and the Brandon Wheat Kings scored five unanswered goals in the third period for a 7-4 win over the in Moose Jaw Warriors in the Western Hockey League on Friday night.

Aaron Lewadniuk had two goals and one helper for the Wheat Kings, who trailed 4-2 after the second period. Matt Calvert added a goal and two assists, while Mark Stone and Jay Fehr rounded out the scoring for Brandon (44-18-3-2).

Jason Bast scored twice and Ryan Stanton and Corey Scott added singles for the Warriors (18-47-1-2).

Brandon netminder James Priestner made 11 saves on 15 shots before being replaced by Andrew Hayes, who stopped all nine shots he faced. Deven Dubyk stopped 37 shots for Moose Jaw.
