Schenn had a goal and two assists as Brandon thrashed Edmonton 5-1 @NHLdotcom

BRANDON, Man. - Brayden Schenn scored one goal and set up two others to lead the Brandon Wheat Kings to a 5-1 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings in Western Hockey League play Saturday night.

Matt Calvert, Toni Rajala, Colby Robak and Mark Stone also scored for the Wheat Kings (30-15-3).

Former Wheat King Klarc Wilson replied for the Oil Kings (10-26-11).

Brandon netminder Jacob De Serres made 20 saves, while Cam Lanigan stopped 35 shots for Edmonton.
