The London Knights are gaining some momentum as the Ontario Hockey League's regular season winds down.
Toronto Maple Leaf prospect Nazem Kadri scored in the shootout as London dumped the Sarnia Sting 4-3 in OHL action Saturday night. The Knights have been the hottest team in the league, going 8-1-1 in their last ten and 4-0-1 in their last five games. London has the third-best record in the OHL, trailing only the Barrie Colts and the Windsor Spitfires.
However, the Knights trail Windsor in the Western Conference Standings by just four points and continue to put pressure on their rivals.
Sarnia continues to struggle, earning one point in its last seven games.
Elsewhere in the OHL it was Niagara 4 Sudbury 2; Peterborough 5 Mississauga 1; Oshawa 3 Kingston 2 (OT); Plymouth 4 Saginaw 0 and Erie 5 Owen Sound 4 (SO).
At Sarnia, Ont., Jared Knight had a pair of goals for London (47-15-3), while Justin Taylor added a marker.
Jesse Stoughton scored twice for Sarnia (16-44-5), while Brandon Francisco had a single.
IceDogs 4 Wolves 2
At St. Catharines, Ont., Reggie Traccitto scored twice, including the winner, as Niagara doubled Sudbury.
Matt Petgrave and Andrew Shaw had the other goals for the IceDogs(24-33-7).
Jared Staal and Ben Chiarot replied for the Wolves (24-34-6).

At Peterborough, Ont., Austin Watson had a pair of goals and added an assist as the Petes triumphed over Mississauga.
Pat Daley, Mike Lomas and Liam Heelis had the other markers for Peterborough (26-35-4).
Jordan Mayer was the lone scorer for the Majors (40-18-6).

At Oshawa, Ont., Christian Thomas scored 3:44 into overtime as the Generals knocked off Kingston.
Conor Stokes and JP Lobardo scored the other goals for Oshawa (24-35-5).
Joe Pleckaitis and Taylor Doherty tallied for the Frontenacs (32-27-5).
Whalers 4 Spirit 0
At Plymouth, Mich., Matt Hackett made 31 saves as the Whalers blanked Saginaw.
Robbie Czarnik scored and had two assists for Plymouth (38-25-2), while Tyler Brown, Austin Levi and Austin Mattson chipped in as well.
Tadeas Galansky stopped 47 shots for the Spirit (32-27-6).
Otters 5 Attack 4 (SO)
At Owen Sound, Ont., Zack Torquato and Shawn Szydlowski scored in the shootout and in regulation to lift Erie over the Attack.
Mike Cazzola had a goal and two assists for Otters (32-27-7), while Anthony Luciani also tallied.
Grant McGee had a pair of goals for Owen Sound (27-31-8), while Garrett Wilson and Steven Shipley added markers.
