SABRES (9-12-2) at PREDATORS (12-6-4)

NASHVILLE – Juuse Saros will make his NHL debut in net for the Nashville Predators against the Buffalo Sabres at Bridgestone Arena on Saturday.

Saros along with forward Viktor Arvidsson were recalled from Milwaukee of the American Hockey League on Saturday.

Saros, 20, is 8-2-0-0 with a 2.40 goals-against average and a .919 save percentage in 10 games for Milwaukee. Selected in the fourth round (No. 99) of the 2013 NHL Draft, Saros also helped Finland win the 2014 World Junior Championship and was voted to the All-Star Team leading all goalies in goals-against average and save percentage.

Carter Hutton was supposed to start but will be out with a lower-body injury. Pekka Rinne started Friday in a 3-2 overtime loss against the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Predators return home from a five-game road trip where they went 1-3-1 and struggled offensively. They scored five goals in five games and were shut out three times, and don't want to allow frustration to affect their play against the Sabres.

"That's one of the emotions that we can't let control us for sure because it doesn't help by any means," Predators forward Mike Fisher said. "We know that we can score goals. We've shown it. We showed it here at home a couple times, and it's just been a little bit inconsistent. I think we our special teams have to be better for sure."

Nashville's only win on the road trip was a 3-2 victory against Buffalo at First Niagara Center on Wednesday. Buffalo carried the play early on, but Nashville was able to hold on after jumping out to a 3-0 lead.

"Playing them two games ago, it was a tough game," Predators defenseman Roman Josi said. "It was a really tight game. We kind of know how they play. It's the same thing for them too. They just played us, so it's going to be the same for both teams."

Buffalo defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 4-1 on Friday to end a six-game losing streak.
