Saginaw soars to third straight win on Murovich's game-winner @NHLdotcom

SARNIA, Ont. - Tyler Murovich's early third-period goal turned out to be the winner for the soaring Saginaw Spirit, who won their third game in a row, defeating the Sarnia Sting 5-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Murovich also added an assist as the Spirit continued their climb up the West Division standings. Saginaw (5-3-0-0) is now one point behind the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds for second place in the division.

Jordan Szwarz, Kyle Bochek, Jordan Skellett and T.J. Brodie added goals for the Spirit, while Steve Ferry and Matt Martin replied for Sarnia .

Edward Pasquale made 33 saves for Saginaw. Shayne Campbell stopped 31 shots for the Sting.
