Sabres sign Justin Bailey to entry-level contract @NHLdotcom

The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team has signed forward Justin Bailey to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Bailey (6'3", 190 lbs., 7/1/95) is playing in his third season with the Ontario Hockey League's Kitchener Rangers, and currently leads the team in scoring with 18 points (9+9) through 13 games played. The 19-year-old Bailey scored points in a career-best nine straight games to start the season, including a pair of three-point efforts.

Bailey's season totals also include three power-play goals, one game winner and one shorthanded marker. Bailey recorded his second career hat trick on Oct. 11 at Erie, outscoring Connor McDavid three points to two in the process.
