Sabres, Kassian agree to entry-level deal @NHLdotcom
Buffalo Sabres GM Darcy Regier announced Monday night that the team has signed right wing Zack Kassian to an entry-level, three-year deal.

Kassian, 19, is in the midst of his fourth season of junior hockey. The 6-foot-3, 226-pounder has 7 goals and 13 assists in 20 games with the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League. He has already registered a pair of four-point games this season.

A Windsor, Ont., native, Kassian has 135 points (52 goals, 83 assists) in 168 OHL games. He had 16 points in 19 games for Windsor last season on its Memorial Cup championship run.

Kassian was the Sabres' first-round pick (No. 13) at the 2009 Entry Draft.
