MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Brandon Saad scored a goal and set up one more as the Saginaw Spirit came from behind to beat the host Mississauga St. Michael's Majors 3-1 on Sunday afternoon in Ontario Hockey League action.
Michael Fine and Dalton Young also scored for the Spirit (20-21-5), who entered the final period down 1-0, while Vincent Trocheck chippedin with two assists.
Mika Partanen scored the lone goal for the Majors (21-19-6), who lost for the first time in three outings.
Clint Windsor stopped 30 shots to earn the win as rookie Spencer Martin made 35 saves in defeat.
Saginaw scored once on four power-play chances while the Majors went 0 for 3 with the man advantage.
