Ryan Wilson picks up five assists as Sarnia dumps Windsor 5-4
NHL.com @NHLdotcomWINDSOR, Ont. - Local product Ryan Wilson picked up five assists to lead the Sarnia Sting to a 5-4 victory over the Windsor Spitfires in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.
The victory was Sarnia's fourth in a row and extended Windsor's losing streak to a season-high three games.
Steve Stamkos and Devin DiDiomete each scored twice for the Sting (10-7-0-0), while Justin DiBenedetto added a goal.
Greg Nemisz countered with two goals while Mickey Renaud and Matt Bragg also scored for Windsor (11-4-0-2).
Tomi Karhunen stopped 30 shots for the win while Andrew Engelage stopped 23 shots at the other end.
