Russian GM Vladislav Tretiak said Nabokov will start in Tuesday night's Olympic opener against Latvia. Ilya Bryzgalov is slated to start in the Russians’ second game on Thursday night against Slovakia.
Tretiak also said two Washington Capitals -- Alex Ovechkin and Alexander Semin – will start with Detroit center Pavel Datsyuk on the top line against Latvia.
