Roth scores overtime winner as London gets past Belleville 4-3

BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Vladimir Roth scored 30 seconds into overtime to lead the London Knights to a wild 4-3 win over the Belleville Bulls on Saturday night in the Ontario Hockey League.

Roth added an assist in regulation as the Knights (32-19-3-2) won for the first time in five games. Akim Aliu led the way with a pair of goals, while Daniel Erlich added a single as London survived a third-period collapse.

With the Knights leading 3-1, Former London forward Adam Perry scored his second goal of the game on a power play with 3:14 remaining in regulation. Jan Mursak forced overtime with the tying goal 39 seconds later.

Perry finished with three points, while Mursak added a goal and an assist as the Bulls (38-12-4-2) saw their five-game winning streak come to an end.

Jason Guy stopped 30 shots to earn the win.

Belleville's Mike Murphy made 17 saves in defeat.
