Romano and Wilkins each score two goals as Petes pound Knights 6-1 @NHLdotcom

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Tony Romano and Andrew Wilkins had two goals each as the London Knights dumped the Peterborough Petes 6-1 in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Phil McRae and Kale Kerbashian also scored for the Knights (8-7-0-0), who picked up their eighth win in nine games. The Knights led 5-0 after the first period.

Pat Daley replied for the Petes (8-5-0-1), who suffered their third straight loss.

Petes' goalie Trevor Cann was pulled after allowing four goals on 16 shots, while Jason Missiaen stopped 26 of 28 shots. London's Steve Mason made 32 saves.
