NHL.com @NHL

Prior to the telecast Sunday of the Vancouver Canucks and Ottawa Senators on CITY in Canada, the NHL Network in the United States will televise the "Rogers Hometown Hockey" broadcast at 6:30 p.m. ET. This week?s location is Sudbury, Ontario, to celebrate the city's iconic hockey story.

Among the features airing on the pregame show:

* The Foligno name may be popular in most circles for what Mike, Nick, and Marcus have done in the NHL, but in Sudbury, the late Janis Foligno is the namesake of a foundation that helps fight breast cancer.

* A Sudbury Saturday night was the topic of a Stompin' Tom Connors song in the late 1960's, but Beef n Bird Tavern has continued an over 60-year-old Porketta tradition to keep Saturdays popular.
