Sportsnet will televise "Rogers Hometown Hockey" on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET, prior to the game between the Calgary Flames and Montreal Canadiens. The location this week is Calgary, Alberta, and the show will celebrate the history of hockey in the city.
Among the features airing on the pregame show:

* Former forward Jim Peplinski, an Ottawa native, played his entire NHL career with the Calgary Flames, and won the Stanley Cup in 1989. When his career ended, he didn't go back to Ottawa, but stayed in Calgary where he fell in love with cowboy life.
* Jake Bean was not selected in the 2014 WHL Draft, but the Calgary native was invited to training camp with the Calgary Hitmen and has played with them for two seasons. He's hoping to hear his name called at the 2016 NHL Draft.
* Brian Burke, President of Hockey Operations for the Flames takes a visit to the Smithbilt Hat Factory in Calgary, a must for any cowboy or cowgirl in town.
