CBJ@CGY: Rittich kisses the post after shot hits it

David Rittich was saved by the post, so he showed it some love Tuesday.

The Calgary Flames goalie gave the post some loving stick taps, then sealed his affection with a kiss after it absorbed a shot from Pierre-Luc Dubois during the second period of Calgary's 4-2 win against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Dubois' wrist shot beat Rittich cleanly to the glove side, but the Blue Jackets forward's shot rang off the post -- the third time Columbus had hit the post in the game's first 30 minutes.
The post may have done the heavy lifting on Dubois' chance, but Rittich stopped 31 shots and was named the game's No. 1 star.
