Ritchie scores twice as the IceDogs double up the Frontenacs 4-2 @NHLdotcom

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Brett Ritchie scored twice, including the game-winning goal, as the Niagara IceDogs came from behind to defeat the visiting Kingston Frontenacs 4-2 on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League play.

Shayne Rover and Joel Wigle also scored for the IceDogs (8-4-1), who trailed 2-0 early in the first period, and Dougie Hamilton chipped in with two assists.

Hamilton now has four goals and 14 points in 13 games, which leads all OHL defencemen in scoring.

Billy Jenkins and Trevor Morbeck each scored for the Frontenacs (5-5-0), who have now dropped back-to-back contests.

Christopher Festarini made 35 saves for the win as Colin Furlong stopped 37-of-40 shots in a losing cause.

Niagara went 1-for-3 on the power play while Kingston failed to score on either of its opportunities with the man advantage.
