Ringrose scores winner in Medicine Hat's 3-2 win over Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - Sean Ringrose scored the winner with 6:03 left in the third period as the Medicine Hat Tigers earned a 3-2 victory over the Spokane Chiefs in the WHL on Tuesday.

Ringrose added an assist to lead the Tigers (21-10-3-3) to their third win in four games. Josh Koper and Mark Isherwood added singles, while netminder Ryan Holfeld preserved the victory with a sensational 44-save performance.

Blake Gal and Jared Spurgeon replied for the Chiefs (20-11-0-3), erasing a 2-0 deficit with two goals 1:11 apart midway through the third period.

James Reid stopped 22 shots in defeat.
