Reid Boucher supplies all the offence, leads Devils over IceCaps @NHLdotcom

ALBANY, N.Y. - Reid Boucher scored in regulation and then added the shootout winner as the Albany Devils edged the visiting St. John's IceCaps 2-1 on Saturday in American Hockey League action.

Boucher's goal tied the game at 6:18 of the second period for the Devils (22-15-9), with Brandon Burlon and goaltender Maxime Clermont drawing the assists.

John Albert gave the IceCaps (19-21-7) a 1-0 lead at 15:01 of the first period.

Clermont made 23 saves through regulation and overtime for Albany and then shut the door on all three skaters in the shootout.

Connor Hellebuyck kicked out 24-of-25 shots for St. John's.

The Devils went 1 for 2 on the power play while the IceCaps scored once on six chances with the man advantage.
