Anthony Mantha agreed to terms on a two-year contract with the Detroit Red Wings on Wednesday.
Financial terms were not released.

The 23-year-old forward had NHL career highs in goals (24), assists (24) and points (48) in 80 games with the Red Wings last season.

Detroit selected Mantha in the first round (No. 20) of the 2013 NHL Draft. He has 87 points (43 goals, 44 assists) in 150 NHL games.
He is the grandson of four-time Stanley Cup winner Andre Pronovost.
