PITTSBURGH -- There truly was a march of the penguins at Heinz Field on Saturday.

Before the Pittsburgh Penguins played the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2017 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series, seven penguins from the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium took center stage.

The flightless birds -- Crosby, Kessel, Kunitz, Letang, Malkin, Murray and Sully, named after players from and the coach of the defending Stanley Cup champions -- were introduced one by one before heading to the auxiliary rink at the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The biggest cheer came when one penguin slipped on the ice but got right back up.

And, in case you were wondering, Crosby's favorite food is shrimp.
