Defenseman facing discipline for high-sticking Kucherov

Radko Gudas will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Wednesday.

The Philadelphia Flyers defenseman is facing discipline for high-sticking Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at 15:53 of the third period during Tampa Bay's 5-2 win at Wells Fargo Center. Gudas received a minor penalty. Kucherov was not injured.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: high sticking. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
