Fleury-quest

When there's only one team standing between you and the Stanley Cup Final, it's only natural for hostility to brew.
In the third episode of "Quest for the Stanley Cup," the Tampa Bay Lightning, Washington Capitals, Winnipeg Jets and Vegas Golden Knights turn up the intensity with the championship getting closer.

But one person whose smile has been persistent this season is Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury. Viewers get to ride along with Fleury on a typical drive to T-Mobile Arena, listening to him describe how much fun he's having as a member of the expansion team. He quickly became the face of the franchise and has all the attention that goes with such an honor, including getting recognized around town and meeting his namesake, a dog named Bark-Andre Furry.
Though there's plenty of animosity at this stage of the postseason, there are moments of levity throughout the exclusive access fans get in "Quest for the Stanley Cup."
The behind-the-scenes documentary series airs exclusively on ESPN+ in the United States and on

in Canada. The seven-episode series goes on the ice, into the locker rooms, inside the minds of the players and coaches and everywhere in between to give viewers an all-access pass during the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the pursuit of the Stanley Cup -- the hardest trophy to win in professional sports.

In Tampa, Capitals center Evgeny Kuznetsov kills some time by himself, reflecting on Washington's series against the Lightning. Jets forward Nikolaj Ehlers gives viewers a behind the-scenes look at his recovery process between games.
There's a common thread between every team, whether they're up in the series or down, that there's so much more hockey to play before anything is decided. And though the Western Conference Final features the Jets and Golden Knights, each making its first trip this far into the playoffs, the Eastern Conference Final between the Lightning and Capitals is a matchup of postseason-tested, veteran teams; the dynamics of the two series comes through with the all-access footage.
We're in the thick of the conference finals, and "Quest for the Stanley Cup" features footage you can't find anywhere else.
