QMJHL Roundup: Will Smith scores winner as Wildcats double up Sea Dogs @NHLdotcom

SAINT JOHN, N.B. - Will Smith scored the eventual winner late in the second period and added an assist as the Moncton Wildcats doubled up the Saint John Sea Dogs 4-2 on Saturday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Stephen Johnson, Zack MacEwen and Conor Garland also scored for the Wildcats (10-5-1). Zachary Fortin turned away 29 shots for the win.

Mathieu Joseph and Matthew Highmore found the back of the net for Saint John (9-6-0) while Marc-Antoine Turcotte made 27 saves.

Moncton was scoreless on four power-play opportunities while the Sea Dogs were 0 for 6 with the man advantage.
