QMJHL Roundup: Aube scores two as Voltigeurs topple Remparts 5-2

DRUMMONDVILLE, Que. - Frederic Aube scored twice to pace the Drummondville Voltigeurs to a 5-2 victory over the Quebec Remparts in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action on Tuesday.

Julien Avon scored shorthanded and added an assist for Drummondville (23-22-3), while Adam Chapman and Sergei Boikov had empty-net goals. Chapman found the back of the net with six seconds left in the game while Boikov's went in 49 seconds earlier.

Anthony Duclair and Ross MacDougall supplied the offence for the Remparts (28-18-3).

Voltigeurs goaltender Joe Fleschler made 25 saves in the victory.

Quebec's Zachary Fucale shouldered the loss, stopping 24-of-27 shots.

Drummondville scored one power-play goal on five chances, while the Remparts were blanked on four opportunities with the man advantage.
