The Nashville Predators are on the road to face two clubs in playoff positioning, beginning tonight in Las Vegas (at 9 p.m. CT).
The Predators (34-21-5) ended a three-game skid with a 3-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday. Brian Boyle scored his first goal with the Preds in the victory and Viktor Arvidsson notched his 12th goal in his last 13 games.
Vegas (31-24-4) has dropped three in a row, including a 6-3 defeat at the hands of the Toronto Maple Leafs on home ice.
Preds goaltender Juuse Saros is 3-0-0 with a 0.67 goals-against average, .983 save percentage and one shutout versus Vegas in his career. Saros made a career-high 47 saves in Nashville's 2-1 victory at Vegas on Jan. 23. Nashville is 2-0-0 against Vegas this season with tonight's game marking the teams' final matchup of the regular season.
