WASHINGTON - The Carolina Hurricanes and Washington Capitals are set to face each other twice in a span of three days in a home-and-home set that begins Tuesday in Washington.
Petr Mrazek will get the start in net for the Canes, who are 0-1-1 against their Metropolitan Division foes this season.
