Carey Price delivered a heartfelt message to two brothers who lost their parents in a tragic shooting in April.

Greg and Jamie Blair were among the 22 victims who died last month in the worst mass shooting in Canada's history. They left behind four children including 11-year-old Alex and 10-year old Jack.

The Montreal Canadiens goalie's message was one of support in the present and hope for the future for the kids and their older brothers, Tyler, 27 and Craig, 24.

Alex and Jack now live with Tyler, his girlfriend and their baby daughter in Turro, Nova Scotia.

"They didn't believe it was real at first. They're still finding it hard to believe," Tyler Blair told Instagram from @tblair2293: Hey @cp0031, just want you to know how much this meant to my 2 little brothers. They are still in shock you said their names. You are an amazing person! And the best goaltender in the world just to top things off.#nhl #montrealcanadiens #careyprice. "I don't even know if we can put that into words. For my little brothers, they'll remember that for the rest of their lives. They'll have the video forever to watch whenever they want."

Blair said there are several long-time Canadiens fans in his family and Price's gesture will never be forgotten.

"It brought a couple of tears to my eyes because you could really tell he meant every word," Blair said. "That was right from the heart."
