In a race P.K. Subban billed as The Subbanator against the Hall of Famer, the Nashville Predators defenseman took the "L."

Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Terrell Owens, who spent 15 seasons in the NFL with five teams, raced Subban at the UCLA track as part of Subban's offseason training program.

The 6-foot Subban couldn't keep stride with the 44-year-old, 6-foot-3 Owens, who was known for his speed and precise route-running as one of football's best wide receivers.
It was hardly the only sprint of the day; Subban spent time working out with Speed Doctor, a fitness training organization headed by Nabie Fofanah, a former Olympic sprinter.
After the race, Subban shared a picture of the two together and thanked Owens, writing, "Thanks for coming out and pushing me today!"
