Prab Rai scores a pair to lead Thunderbirds over Rockets 5-1 @NHLdotcom

SEATTLE, Wash. - Prab Rai scored twice in the first period, once shorthanded and once on the power play, to pace the Seattle Thunderbirds to a 5-1 win over the Kelowna Rockets.

Rai scored his 16th and 17th goals of the season and Greg Scott added a goal, his 33rd, and three assists for Seattle (36-21-5-2).

Sena Acolatse and Bud Holloway and also scored for Seattle.

Lucas Bloodoff had the goal for Kelowna (34-23-2-6).

Jacob DeSerres had 25 saves on 26 shots for Seattle.
