Plymouth downs the Colts 5-3 on strength of Terry's three points @NHLdotcom

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - Chris Terry recorded a goal and two assists to lead the Plymouth Whalers over the Barrie Colts 5-3 on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.

Ryan Hayes added two goals for the Whalers (20-19-4-0), while Kaine Geldart and Tyler Seguin, also with an assist, scored one apiece.

In goal, Matt Hackett earned the win with a 30-save performance.

"Every point is huge right now," said Hackett. "Tomorrow night, we got Owen Sound coming in and they're right behind us, so we just need to keep winning."

Matt Stanisz, Darren Archibald and Alex Hutchings tallied for Barrie (19-21-3-1), Daniel Michalsky added two assists and Michael Hutchinson stopped 26 shots in the loss.
