The Pittsburgh Penguins are looking forward to their golden opportunity.
On Wednesday, forward Bryan Rust became the first player to model the full Pittsburgh gold uniform for the 2017 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series game against the Philadelphia Flyers at Heinz Field on Feb. 25 (8 p.m. ET; NBC, SN, CBC, TVA Sports, NHL.TV).

"I love the color," Rust told the Penguins website. "I think I like the bright yellow helmets the most. It's something different … something you don't see too often."

The Penguins goaltenders are also getting into the spirit of the thing. Matt Murray and Marc-Andre Fleury each gave a sneak peek of his mask for the game.
Murray's mask is black with yellow highlights and features a silhouette of the Pittsburgh skyline, as well as snowflakes made of gold glitter.
