Matthew Pistilli had a goal and two assists and the Gatineau Olympics beat Saint John 5-1 Thursday, preventing the Sea Dogs from reclaiming first place in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's East Division.
The Sea Dogs (37-19-3-3) remain a point back of Halifax in the East, but still have a game in hand on the Mooseheads.
Third-place Gatineau (39-17-5-2) is now three points behind Baie-Comeau for top spot in the West Division.
Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was: Acadie-Bathurst 4 Val-d'Or 3 (SO) and Chicoutimi 4 Shawinigan 2.
At Gatineau, Que., Patrik Prokop,Nicholas Valliere Mayer, Paul Byron and Francis Desrosiers also scored for the Olympiques.
Paul Byron replied for Saint John.
Ryan Mior made 23 saves for the Olympiques while Robert Mayer and Travis Fullerton combined for 19 saves for the Sea Dogs.
Titan 4 Foreurs 3 (SO)
At Val-d'Or, Que., Tomas Svoboda had a hat trick and Dany Masse and Tomy Joly scored shootout goals as Acadie-Bathurst (35-24-1-2) defeated the Foreurs.
Derek Famulare, Jonathan Hazen and Jason Legault scored for the Foreurs (26-31-3-4) in regulation.
Val-d'Or missed on both its shootout attempts.
Sagueneens 4 Cataractes 2
At Chicoutimi, Que., Francis Pare had three goals as the Sagueneens beat Shawinigan.
Joel Champagne also scored for Chicoutimi (34-24-2-4).
Philippe Paradis and Cedric Lalonde-McNicoll replied for the Cataractes (30-29-0-3).
