Nolan Patrick PHI

FLYERS (5-4-0) at SENATORS (4-1-4)
7:30 p.m. ET; RDS2, TSN5, NBCSP, NHL.TV

Center Kyle Turris (illness) will not play against the Flyers or at the New Jersey Devils on Friday, coach Guy Boucher said. Bobby Ryan (fractured finger) and Zack Smith (upper body) are also out. The Senators called up forwards Filip Chlapik and Jack Rodewald from Belleville of the American Hockey League. Chlapik will play his first game in the NHL.
Boucher said one of his defensemen is a game-time decision but refused to say which one. If he can play, the Senators will dress seven defensemen and 11 forwards, as they did in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday. If not, Rodewald will make his NHL debut.
Center Nolan Patrick will not play for the Flyers. He is day to day with an upper-body injury sustained on a hit by Anaheim Ducks forward Chris Wagner in a 6-2 loss at home Tuesday.
Philadelphia will play four of its next five games on the road, where they are 2-2-0.
