Gritty channels Margot Robbie's 'Barbie' character for Halloween

Come on Gritty, let's go party.

In what appears to be the Philadelphia Flyers mascot's Halloween costume [but also could just be another weekend for the big orange furball], Gritty shared some photos dressed up as Barbie.

The pictures featured Gritty and an associate replicating the look of Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, the stars of the upcoming movie "Barbie," due out July 2023.
Gritty was wearing an identical skating outfit to that of Robbie and also donned a blonde wig. The associate mirrored Gosling's version of Ken.
Gritty also shared a pretty well-directed video where he hangs in his own Barbie Dreamhouse-style room listening to an pink, old school boombox, playing with a bubble shooter and cutting out his own headshots and pasting them on to the heads of photos featuring Robbie's portrayal of Barbie.

In the end, regular Gritty meets Barbie Gritty in a Barbie-style box that Barbie Gritty busts out of and runs away from after a quick-but-yet-somehow-too-long stare into the camera.
We're not really sure why any of this has happened, but perhaps Robbie's rabid fandom of the rival New York Rangers has something to do with this?
