Peterborough Petes down Kingston Frontenacs 2-1 in OHL action

KINGSTON, Ont. - Steven Trojanovic scored the winner in the third period Friday as the Peterborough Petes defeated the Kingston Frontenacs 2-1 in the Ontario Hockey League.

Stephen Nosad had the other goal for Peterborough (3-0-1), while Andrew D'Agostini made 24 saves in the victory.

Tyler J. Brown scored for Kingston (1-4-0), which got 26 saves from Igor Bobkov.

Peterborough finished 0-for-5 on the power play, while Kingston wound up 0-for-7.
