The Pittsburgh Penguins are taking No Shave November to a whole new length.

Forwards Bryan Rust and Jason Zucker are competing against each other in The Mustache Faceoff during the month of November. All proceeds will be donated to both Movember and the Mario Lemieux Foundation.

Fans can pick which player's team to join, and whichever one sells more shirts and raises more money will be crowned the Mustache Faceoff champion. The loser will also make an additional donation of 100 times the other player's jersey number (Zucker wears No. 16, Rust wears No. 17) to the two charities.

Movember is a foundation that focuses on mental health, testicular cancer and prostate cancer awareness. The charity has funded more than 1,250 men's health projects supporting cancer research and creating easy-to-use digital resources.
Penguins legend Mario Lemieux was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma on Jan. 12, 1993. Less than two months later, the No. 1 pick in the 1984 NHL Draft finished his last radiation treatment, took a plane to Philadelphia and had a goal and an assist in a 5-4 loss to the Flyers.
Later that year, Lemieux founded the Mario Lemieux Foundation, aiming to find a cure by funding blood cancer research.
